A booking is only considered confirmed once a deposit of 50% of the total cost of the stay has been received.

3. Rates

Rates are shown in euros (€) and include VAT.
The rates indicated at the time of booking are fixed and final.
The balance of the stay is payable on the day of departure, in accordance with your booking agreement, plus any additional charges, including those for table d'hôtes meals and drinks.

4. Cancellation and changes to bookings

In the event of cancellation by the client, the following conditions apply:
Cancellation more than 8 weeks before the arrival date: refund of the deposit, minus a €10 administration fee.
Cancellation between 8 weeks and 2 weeks before the arrival date: 50% of the total cost of the stay is due.
Cancellation less than 2 weeks before the arrival date, or no-show: the full cost of the stay is due.
Any change to a booking is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Please note that no cancellation insurance is included in our rates. We therefore strongly recommend that you take out such insurance.

Cancellation of the stay by the owner
If the owner has to cancel the booking before the start of the stay, they must inform the client immediately by any means. The client will then be refunded immediately and in full for any sums already paid.
